Pregnancy Relax, Stretch & Breathe
In-person and Zoom online
Pilates and Yoga based classes suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy to help you strengthen your body for birth, and ease common aches and pains.
You’ll also prepare for labour through breathing exercises. Each class ends with a deep relaxation.

Newborn Support & Baby Massage
Gold standard emotional and wellbeing support to new mums. This exclusive and unique offering provides a place for all the resources you need to help you and your baby thrive. The sessions are hosted by experts including our resident Breast Feeding Counsellor.

NCT Baby Massage
(NCT affiliated course)
Learn safe and relaxing baby massage strokes. Explore emotional and physical benefits. Help strengthen baby’s digestive system. Facilitate language development. Enjoy breathing awareness and stretching. Explore relevant topics.
1.15pm - 2.30pm
Mum & Baby Strengthen and Stretch 2m+
Suitable from 8 weeks.
Focus is on releasing tight neck and shoulders and strengthening the pelvic floor plus other core muscles. There are activities and songs to keep baby interested. Your baby is with you on your mat throughout.

Baby Yoga Nurture
Suitable from 2m, ideal from 3.
A gentle, fun class with stretches, movement and songs for the little ones. Classes are designed to support the normal development of a baby's vestibular and proprioception systems.
(Strength, Balance and Dexterity).
12.30pm - 1.30pm
Baby Yoga Explore
Suitable from 9 months.
These sessions are suitable for babies up to about 18 months. Designed to develop the vestibular and proprioceptive systems of the brain which are all to do with balance and dexterity. There is music and songs and lots of free play .
10.30am - 11.30am
Suitable from 4 months postnatal. This class is for increasing strength and flexibility, with an element of relaxation too. Working at a higher level to strengthen the core, relax the muscles, encourage great posture and alignment while still calming body and mind.
2.00pm - 3.00pm
Suitable from 4 months postnatal. A fun half hour of strengthening Pilates exercises to kickstart your weekend. Focus is on working core strength to help you make a strong postnatal recovery.
